So the past week has been awesome. I recently started school last week and it is definitely not what I expected. I expected it to be much more strict, but really I am free to do what I want. I am able to go to whatever class I want, kinda like college where you sit in on classes. Sometimes I spend my day in the office hanging out with Julia and other AFS kids. Today I took a nap after lunch..I was soooo tired! I have made many friends here. They are funny! They are 14-15 or 13-14 years old, I think. Today was somewhat like a fair, so I left school early.
Phones here are a big problem..for me. Everyone answers the phone whenver, like during dinner, in class (the teachers even!) I guess it is like texting. I don’t know..I am still getting used to everything here. I am the ONLY Rotary kid here with 4 other AFS kids. AFS is a different kind of exchange program. At least I am not going through this alone.
Saturday we had our first Rotary orientation. They talked about trips and everything. It sounds exciting!! There were 5 plane kids at the meeting! So 4 others were on the same flight as me, and now the same district. Alayna, the girl I have been with since the start ended up in the same district as me! It was great seeing everyone again.
I am probably forgetting something, but just ask! I miss everyone!

P.S. When I get back I will be like a chopstick master! :D
